We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as a Practice Administrator/Receptionist for our busy practice in Pinner, London.

The person appointed will have strong communication and administrative skills to help maintain excellent patient care within the private practice. Applicants must be able to multi-task, speak fluent English, competently use Microsoft Outlook/Word and have a fantastic phone manner.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with various office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly demeanour and professional appearance will create a positive impression for visitors and callers. You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
