**Join Our Team: Customer Service Representative in the Automotive Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all customer queries and enquiries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner, delivering the highest quality of customer service to all customers.
- Ensure customers are kept informed of any delays or developments as soon as possible.
- Load customer bookings on to the system, paying attention to detail to ensure all information is input accurately and in full.
- Ensure all data is kept up to date.
- Create and process daily reports, and complete to deadlines
- Liaise and support the Transport Allocations team in relation to movements/bookings/queries and any operational issues. Acting as a conduit between the Transport team and the customer.
- Assist with customer pre-calls, to confirm collection/delivery details.
- Contribute to the achievement of transport key performance indicators.
- Liaise with sales for any operational assistance for current or prospective customers
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience office based customer service is preferable
- Use of Microsoft systems, such as outlook and excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Own Transport (due to location)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,500.00 per year
