We are actively seeking an **Asset Administrator **to join us at our Head Office in Stockon on Tees
**This role is a 12 Month FTC**
**Salary: £21,500 per annum**
**Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours**
**About You**:
- Work experience in administration or system administration
- Good understanding of asset life cycles
- Knowledge of asset management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Embraces change and is open to the ideas and opinions of others, as well as sharing their own
- Working knowledge of any or all of Business Central/SAP/Inspire/Job Watch systems
- Good understanding of asset life cycles
- Knowledge of asset management
- Knowledge of supply chain
**About the Role**:
The Asset Administrator role is to work closely with the Procurement and Finance teams to assist with the day-to-day administration of the department and to support management and the wider business to meet agreed company objectives. Responsibilities:
- Maintain system data for fixed assets;
- Creation
- Merging
- Splitting
- Other Amendments
- Financial adjustments
- Disposals
- Monitoring central inboxes to manage queries from business stakeholders
- Administrating the R&M contracts for key assets to ensure timely action and accurate PO and work order data across all systems
- Reviewing invoices against the above
