**Job Summary**
Primarily responsible for the administration and return of commission hand back information to NPg and Asset Project tracker update that will support the overall Project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and collate data from field operatives and technical engineers.
- Produce hand back folders taken from site documentation and photographs.
- Good knowledge of Street works to support permits and council liaison.
- Manage, produce, and update contract specific records (internal and external).
- Manage and collate project deliverables and KPI documents.
- Customer liaison.
- Planning / Administration of Asset Replacement projects.
- Coordination with PM / PC for hand back information and timely return to the client.
- Tracker support / updates and quality checking AMS information, ordering of labels.
- Use of varying software programmes such as ITiTF, CFS, IDMS.

**Key Competencies**:

- Planning, organisation, & time management.
- Good communicator & able to interpret information.
- Customer orientated.
- Proactive, ensuring information from field engineers is obtained and collated.
- Attention to detail.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- IT Skills in Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent), inc English & Maths
- Previous Technical Administration experience and work with spreadsheets.
- Good understanding of Street works
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**
- Higher grade (or equivalent) English and Maths.
- Experience working within an operational Frameworks delivery Team.
- Knowledge of the construction and electricity industry.
- Knowledge of working with a Distribution Network Operator client.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£31,107.00 per year
