**Summary of the role**

This role comes at an exciting time of the growth of the brand and brings an opportunity to add value in a fast moving e-commerce environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the production of product related assets such as imagery, product descriptions, technical drawings, aftercare and installation guides.
- Brief assets to Content Writers and Graphic Designers to be on brand.
- Copy edit where needed.
- Quality check all assets and liaise with internal teams to deliver a high level of documentation.
- Upload assets to internal systems and the website.
- Support on creating and discontinuing product listings on the website.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of ecommerce or similar administration experience.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to copy edit and sense check content.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Adobe In Design experience is preferable but not essential (training can be provided).
- Experience in Google Suite or similar administrative tools.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is preferred but not essential (training can be provided).

**Salary**: £24,000.00

**Job Type**:Full-time, office based. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
