**Role Responsibilities**:
In the role of Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the high standards of customer service Swansway Motor Group is known for. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be tasked with:

- Engaging with customers to schedule Services, MOTs, and vehicle health checks
- Arranging Service Plans and overseeing various product campaigns
- Proactively reaching out to remind customers of upcoming services and care needs
- Collaborating within a close-knit team to enhance customer experiences
- Prioritising positive customer journeys in line with Swansway's ethos
