Birmingham, United Kingdom Coventry Building Society Full time

**About The Role**:
***

We’re proud of the outstanding customer service we provide so we're looking for a friendly, confident, helpful person who is passionate about providing excellent service, to join us as an Apprentice in our Birmingham City Centre branch

Working in the heart of the community our branches are key in understanding what’s important to our wide range of customers and create a sense of belonging for everyone. It’s a team orientated, supportive environment where every day is different.

Your main responsibilities will be talking to our customers, building relationships, completing their transactions accurately and handling their money safely. You’ll support a range of enquiries by giving information in a friendly and efficient way. Being a team player is also important as you’ll want to help those around you.

You’ll help by finding solutions for our customers, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies will also be important. You’ll also support our greater customer service channels by helping with administration accurately and taking telephone calls when required.

As you increase in confidence and experience, you’ll not only work through the apprenticeship but also our supportive accreditation scheme which helps you move through different levels of the role. This not only recognises your new skills but increases you salary at each point. You can own your personal development and grow with us.

**How will you develop?**

You’ll get to put your knowledge into practice with the support of a “buddy” who will be on hand to answer any questions. Your manager will also provide you with regular feedback and support to ensure you’re getting the most out of your programme.

**About You**:
