Job Role
We are looking to recruit an IT Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.
As an Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:
IT administration Updating CMDB, contacting users and arranging deliveries and collections
Front of house IT Support users at a walk-up facility
Floorwalking Engaging with user looking to fix basic IT issues
Meeting Room Support Daily checks of the meeting rooms, ensuring everything is working as expected, AV equipment, phones, collaboration tools
IT Stock Checks Periodic checks to ensure the CMDB is accurate and reconciles with the stock levels
