We are looking for a Service Advisor to work within the Aftersales department at our Drayton Motors Kia site Boston.

**Required skills**:

- Maximise service department profitability by selling identified work, Service plans and products
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer retention
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work well within deadlines
- Sales skills and the ability to overcome objections
- Communicate well with the workshop to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time

**Experience**:

- Previous experience within a Service Department ideal but not essential
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Experience in selling a product to a customer
- Experience in using Keyloop is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills are key

**Working Pattern**:
Monday-Friday 08.00-17.30

Alternate Saturdays 08.30-12.30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
