We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Boston. In this key role, you'll ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and exceptional experience from first contact to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and progress updates
- Liaise effectively with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to keep communication clear and consistent
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong IT skills and confidence in learning new systems
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A full UK driving licence is essential
