Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex digital engagements from strategy to execution ensuring delivery health, team alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Connect delivery performance to client objectives by understanding their business model, KPIs, and transformation goals.
  • Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, shaping proposals, and securing renewals. 
  • Engage senior client stakeholders (VP, C-suite) as a trusted advisor; translate technical delivery updates into business value narratives. 
  • Oversee financial performance of engagements manage budgets, margins, forecasting, and risk mitigation. 
  • Foster high-performing, motivated teams  drive collaboration, psychological safety, and strong delivery discipline.
  • Champion Axelerant's buyer-centric approach ,show curiosity, empathy, and business insight in every client interaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Solutions teams to align client needs with Axelerant's capabilities. 
  • Capture and share customer success stories to strengthen advocacy and thought leadership.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 8–12 years of experience in digital delivery, consulting, or technology services, including leading large-scale programs or client engagements. 
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stream digital projects (CMS, cloud, DXPs, or digital transformation initiatives). 
  • Experience in agency, consulting, or digital services environments.
  •  Exposure to composable architectures, marketing automation, or CX platforms.
  •  Strong understanding of digital transformation principles- how technology enables customer experience, growth, and operational agility. 
  • Demonstrated client-facing leadership with executive stakeholders. 
  • Financial acumen - forecasting, margin tracking, and P&L awareness. 
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Team leadership experience- capable of guiding, mentoring, and empowering cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency with delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Forecast, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ValueSelling or consultative sales. Previous account ownership with measurable YoY revenue growth.
