If you’re searching for a rewarding and fulfilling career opportunity, look no further. Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside McLaren Automotive in Woking, Surrey to appoint a talented Finance Manager on a Contract to Permanent basis.

As Finance Manager within Planning & Cash, you will play a pivotal role and find yourself in one of the most exciting finance manager positions within McLaren Automotive. This role will offer you exposure to the whole business from a finance perspective,spanning the full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, from short term tactical activities to longer term business / strategic planning activities.

In this role you will work collaboratively with several key functional and cross-functional stakeholders from analyst level to executive director level across the following key activities
- Cash and working capital management
- Budgeting
- Business planning
- Reforecasting
- Scenario analysis / decision support
- Strategic planning

**About you**
- Strong finance, economics or STEM degree qualification (preferred)
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA fully qualified, minimum 2 years post qualification experience
- Cash forecasting and analytics experience with a strong understanding of the difference between cash and accrual accounting
- Working knowledge of tier 1 ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with all levels within the business
- Advanced excel and financial modelling skills, comfortable working with large datasets and complex information coming from multiple sources (essential)
- Experience with Power Query and M Code, whilst not essential coming in, will be critical in successfully managing and continually improving the FP&A & Cash management tools and processes. Therefore, any experience with database management systems such asSQL server and knowledge of Database Normalisation would be beneficial
- Demonstrable business process design competence
