Our client an International Market Leader, based in Woking Surrey are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join the team, Hybrid working available

**Description**

Typical duties will include:
Full management of the purchase ledger

Full management of employee expenses, company credit cards, petty cash float and transaction register.

Assist with the sales invoicing and debtor chasing

Creating supplier payments using the online banking system

Proactively participating in continuous improvement

Further development opportunity:
Supporting the Financial Director with preparation of monthly management accounts for our Australian entity. Including but not limited to:
Month end reconciliations

Preparing monthly prepayments and accruals and maintaining fixed asset register

Preparing and entering journals and reviewing accounts for anomalies

Assisting with forecast process

Liaising with external auditors on audit requests

**Profile**

Accounting Experience

Strong Excel skills ideally including Vlookups desirable

Previous experience of using an accounts system - Microsoft Navision an advantage but not essential

Be highly organised and able to work on own initiative

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Be able to work in an environment which is undergoing change due to development and growth

**Job Offer**

Salary £25,000 - £30,000
