**Description**

As the Assistant Finance Analyst you will be responsible for:
**Provision of Management Information**
- Collect, process and consolidate management information, producing meaningful analysis in timely fashion.
- Manage data and utilise as required to analyse performance and/or respond to queries.
- Assistance with the preparation of management reports and presentation materials on monthly results and other analysis; including submission of data to KPI via SAP to deadline.
- Assisting with collation of annual budgets and other planning tools as required.
- Maintaining up to date cost table structures.

**Revenue**
- Ensuring sales contracts are set up precisely, resulting in timely, accurate and country compliant invoicing to all customers across multiple global selling locations.
- To maintain and update SAP contract, fees and pricing data for invoice production.

**Other Accounting Responsibilties**
- Validation of contract details from marketing into SAP.
- Validation of customer fees from marketing into SAP.
- Liaise with marketing department and credit control on contract/billing matters
- Understanding of the cost table structures, helping to maintain the company cost table database and reports for internal departments.
- Manage data and utilise as required to analyse performance and/or respond to queries.
- Ad-hoc duties including back-up assistance for the Revenues and Payables team and assisting management accounting team as and when required.

**Profile**
- Experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Experience using the SAP system is desirable
- Ideally working towards an Accountancy Qualification but not essential
- A good level of excel skill capability
- A good eye for detail
- Comfortable working with different departments
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management skills
