Our client is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their Accountancy team in Woking on a permanent basis.

Our client a well known & growing organisation based in Woking is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their Accountancy team

**Description**

**Finance Analyst - Woking**
- Responsible for the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and updating the relevant budget holders and stakeholders of all variances
- Processing of financial transactions, journals and accruals ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the accounting information in the finance system (Sun)
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations ensuring the timely resolution for any outstanding balances
- Delivery of realistic annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range plans providing analysis, advice and support to cost center managers and senior leadership teams
- Providing technical support, guidance and training to certain areas of the organisation
- Coordination and management of Operations Key Performance Indicators for senior management to understand the non-financial performance of the department.
- Process the monthly payroll allocations and provide monthly reporting to the Organisation on staff numbers and costs.
- Coordination and management of FTE files with quarterly reconciliations required as part of budget and forecast process
- Working closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy of payroll and FTE information between departments
- Prepare quarterly invoicing for our hosted staff from other network offices
- Manage and generate the monthly director level reports for the Financial Planning and Performance Team.
- Ad hoc analysis as required by the Operations department, the Head of Commercial Finance, the Head of Financial Planning and Performance and others in the Finance team.
