**The Role**:
As the Expert Liaison Administration Officer, you will be a crucial part of the Account Manager support network which means you must be highly organised and operationally efficient. You must also possess strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills and be a team player.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Expert file case creation
- Sourcing prospective experts
- Proactive recruitment of providers
- Formation of expert contracts
- Chasing expert documentation
- Formatting expert CV’s
- Creation of Expert Bio’s
- Expert system readiness activity
- Fee Negotiation
- Database maintenance
- Ensuring all experts have contracts in place and are complying to service level agreements.
- Expert due diligence checks ensuring all providers are suitably qualified and hold relevant licenses.

**Package**:
- Salary £23K
- 37.5 Hours Mon - Fri
- Company Stakeholder Pension
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holiday
