**The Role**:
We’re seeking an Office Administrator to manage essential office tasks and provide excellent administrative support. You will be the go-to person for coordinating schedules, handling communications, and assisting various departments to maintain productivity and a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Help with invoicing, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous office administration or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach
