Basic Information:
**Salary**: £20,600 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) giving you £21,800 per year
Bonus: Up-selling bonus, with NO sales targets OR pressure - Av. £250 per month uncapped
Working hours:
Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm
- No weekends
Role: Based in Warrington
Inbound calls from new and existing customers
Dealing with questions and queries
Changing account details
Setting up direct debits/ Taking payments
Offering advise on the best product or service
Working towards targets
Resolving customer complaints and issues
