**About Our Client**:
Currently, our client stands as one of the largest independent tyre wholesalers in the United Kingdom. They have achieved this position through their commitment to meeting the needs of their customers efficiently and effectively. The company has honed its operations over the years to provide a seamless distribution network, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking up to 200 inbound calls daily to process customer orders.
- Making up to 50 outbound calls daily to promptly follow up on customer queries and effectively manage key accounts.
- Processing sales orders onto the system efficiently to ensure smooth booking for customers.
- Collaborating closely with field sales to address customer issues and consistently follow up on them.
- Providing a consistent and highly professional level of service to all customers.
- Referring customer support matters professionally and promptly to the customer support department.
- Achieving sales targets set by the Company Sales Director.
- Cross-selling and upselling on incoming calls.
- Reporting to the Telesales Office Manager and working towards achieving targets, earning commissions, and delivering excellent service to customers.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Experience in handling a large volume of calls on a daily basis.
- Excellent telephone communication skills. ️
- Good IT skills.
- Previous experience in telesales and customer service.
- Previous account management experience (desirable).
