Our Homes. Residents' Future.** Behind every well-maintained home is quality data that drives smart investment decisions. As our Part-Time Data Administrator, you'll ensure the accuracy of vital property information that shapes our 30-year maintenance plans—from kitchen installations to roof replacements. This isn't just about numbers. You'll review and validate home condition surveys and energy performance certificates that directly influence how we invest in our residents' homes. Each data point you verify helps ensure our properties remain safe, comfortable, and efficiently maintained for years to come. **What you'll be doing** - You'll review condition surveys completed by our Property Assessors, conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy before updating our systems - You'll carefully verify property component information such as installation dates and renewal schedules for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and heating systems - You'll work closely with our Property Assessor team, approving their completed home condition surveys and addressing any resulting issues or anomalies - You'll extract and analyse data using Excel, helping identify patterns and anomalies that inform our investment planning - You'll support our efforts to reduce "no access" properties, helping ensure we can complete surveys for all our homes - You'll maintain electronic records of regulatory certificates and information in line with data protection requirements **What you'll get in return** Beyond a salary of £22,241 pro rata and the chance to make a real difference every day, you’ll get: - 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years (pro rata) - Your birthday off as an extra holiday - Up to 10% matched pension contribution - Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) - Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan - Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing. **More about you** You're detail-oriented with a genuine interest in data accuracy and a talent for spotting inconsistencies. You take pride in maintaining precise records and understand how quality information drives good decision-making. You're educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with experience providing administrative support in an organisation handling large volumes of varied transactions. Your excellent literacy and IT skills make you adept at managing and presenting information clearly. While not essential, knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions like VLOOKUP, sorting, and basic formulas would be beneficial, as would familiarity with social housing and landlord compliance requirements. Most importantly, you're methodical, thorough, and committed to getting things right the first time. **About Curo** We're a leading South West housing association with social purpose at our heart. We provide affordable homes and create positive futures in our communities. We're proud to be among the UK's top 100 companies to work for, and the 5th best housing association nationwide.
