We are looking for a part time (25-30 hours per week) experienced administrator to assist with all admin duties within the finance department and support the accounts receivables team.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Ensuring all customer queries through our support desk are dealt with within a timely manner.
- Processing and analysing customer cancellations.
- Raise manual invoices through our accounting system (Xero).
- Supply detail on credits applied to customer accounts monthly.
- Process customer package changes.
- Ensure all customer accounts are in the correct billing state.
- Manage and update finance process charts.
- Requesting and claiming subsidiary for eligible properties.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in an administrative role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organisation and time management abilities.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office.
