**Job description**
**Finance Administrator - Part-time**
We need an enthusiastic, pro-active person to join our busy Bath based team. You will have a superb head for finance and be a whizz with spreadsheets and reports. We're looking for someone to work alongside our company director and bookkeeper in the running of our busy creative agency.
**Responsibilities to include**:
- Tracking project time against budget
- Issuing estimates, invoices and obtaining purchase orders
- Producing financial management reports
**Practical experience and proficiency with**:
- Microsoft Excel
- Xero
- Deltek Workbook (agency job-scheduling software) or similar.
