Office Administration Assistant

**Admin Assistant**
Based in West Sussex, Wakefield Security Systems installs and maintains security systems, including CCTV, intruder and fire alarms, for a broad portfolio of domestic and commercial clients. We have NACOSS Gold accreditation from the National Security Inspectorate.
Day-to-day duties of the role
- Answering the telephone
- Reviewing engineer reports and invoicing works
- Ordering materials on behalf of project managers
- Updating clients records on our CRM software
- Processing quotes for small works for clients
- General admin support as needed, including deputising for admin colleagues when on leave
You will be working on some of these tasks from the beginning, following training and with guidance from the team, and as you learn more you will be given more responsibility.

- Knowledge of the security industry is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Pay & benefits
- Rate of pay from £10 per hour, upwards depending on experience and ability
- Holiday 20 days + Bank Holidays pro-rata
- Company pension

Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
