**Overview**:
The main purpose of the role is to assist with the administration of aviation repair management, ensuring a cost-effective, high-quality service in line with business quality standards and airworthiness regulations and timely delivery of components and the smooth running of the MRO function.

**Person Specification**:

- Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to handle a busy and varied workload
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet set deadlines and pay meticulous attention to detail completing tasks fully, accurately and on time, planning and prioritizing tasks in line business objectives
- Good time management & data entry skills
- A flexible team player who can demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
- Analytical thinker with experience of producing and evaluating reports
- Proven ability to solve problems promptly and effectively with team members

- Respect policies and procedures within the company
- Must hold a full UK driving license and have own transport due to location

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide solutions and use initiative to satisfy order requirements and increase revenue
- Expedite open repair orders
- Update and utilize company database, with customer updates, part notes, technical information as and when it is provided
- Development of successful vendor, customer, and internal relationships through good communication
- Raise repair orders with approved suppliers on behalf of the company in accordance with company processes and procedure.
- Full cycle administration in support of the repair management process
- Logging quotes onto company database, entering price and checking cost
- Evaluation of workshop reports and repair quotations in accordance with company processes, procedures and within existing authority levels, including negotiation of repair costs relating to workshop quotes
- Accurate data entry in accordance with departmental procedures, processes, and policies
- Identify component modification and condition status ensuring compliance with required standards
- Ensure the timely delivery of components for customers and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Customer account management, including status reporting and processing of cost recharges
- Support both internal and external customers with high service levels ensuring inventory quality, on time delivery and cost control
- Work closely with approved vendors to maximize the quality of repair, reduce turnaround times and reduce the cost of repair, in accordance with departmental KPIs and vendor terms and conditions
- Help assist any data collection or activity required to implement change in a structures process

**Criteria of Assessment**: Six month review
