Mro Executive

**Job Summary**

LJS Aviation is an Aviation parts stockist based in Washington West Sussex. We are looking to recruit a full time MRO Executive to join the team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The main purpose of the role is full cycle repair management of stock and customer repairs, ensuring the timely delivery of components.
- Purchase component repair services for the company and third-party customer owned inventory
- Working closely with approved vendors in order to maximize the quality of repair, reduce the cost of repair & expedite the lead time of repair in accordance with departmental key performance indicators
- Development of successful vendor, customer and internal relationships through a combination of good written & telephone communication
- Repair Order Processing and management of aircraft component parts
- Ensuring delivery of the contractual commitment to the customer
- Issue repair orders on approved suppliers on behalf of the company in accordance with company processes and procedure.
- Evaluation of workshop reports and repair quotations in accordance with company processes, procedures and within existing authority levels, including negotiation of repair costs relating to workshop reports
- Accurate data entry in accordance with department procedures
- Effectively achieve required delivery and service levels
- Identify component modification and condition status ensuring compliance with required standards
- Ensuring the timely delivery of components for customers and to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Customer account management, including status reporting and processing of cost recharges
- Exceeding Internal and external Customers Expectation and Company Standards
- Support both internal and external customers with high service levels ensuring inventory quality, on time delivery and cost control

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet set deadlines and pay meticulous attention to detail completing tasks fully, accurately and on time, prioritizing where appropriate
- Well-developed organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle a busy and varied workload
- A flexible team player who can demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative.
- Flexibility with moving between tasks, focused on organizational priorities and a high level attention to detail
- Positively engage with continuous improvement, including communication of ideas for improvement.
- Help assist any data collection or activity required to implement change in processes
- Quantum and aviation experience desirable

**Person Specification**:

- Ability to learn quickly
- Highly motivated with a capability to handle demanding workload that requires accuracy
- Proven ability to solve problems promptly and effectively with team members
- Proven commitment and ability to maintain a positive professional attitude in stressful and demanding situations
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Showing reliability, able to follow directions from business requirements and respects policies and procedures within the company.
- Flexibility with moving between tasks, focused on organizational priorities and a high-level attention to detail.
- Must hold a full UK driving license and have own transport.

**Criteria of Assessment**: Six month review

**Salary**: £TBC dependent on experience
