**German Speaking Customer Service Advisor**

**About The Role**:
As the main point of contact for customers, it would be your role to ensure that the experience they receive is top notch

We are looking for an individual to join our growing team, who will bring a can-do attitude and play a part in providing a great service from start to finish.

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:

- Using platforms such as eBay, Amazon and our own website
- Answering low volume inbound calls - assisting with general queries, manual orders over the phone and providing product knowledge
- Using internal systems daily
- Outbound tasks such as providing customer updates & contacting suppliers
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve any issues
- Admin tasks such as setting up sample orders, arranging returns, supplier credits

**A Few Things About You**:

- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Ability to use multiple different systems at one time
- Happy to get involved in other areas of the business if required
- Keen for customers to have a positive experience

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office based Customer Service position
- Previous experience using online platforms such as eBay and Amazon advantageous, but not essential
- Training will be provided

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Salary: £TBC DOE**

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 9-5pm
