Are you fluent in German and looking for a career that combines customer service, sales support, and international account management — all within a global, fast-growing brand?
We're looking for a
German-speaking Inside Sales Executive
to join an established team in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with global clients, analysing their needs, and delivering top-quality service — without the pressure of cold calling or hard sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound enquiries from German-speaking B2B clients.
- Supporting the wider sales team with account management and order administration.
- Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Attending trade shows and events to support client engagement and brand promotion.
- Building lasting relationships with key international accounts.
What we're looking for:
- Fluency in
German and English
(both written and spoken). - Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- An analytical and customer-focused mindset — not a hard-sell approach.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management is ideal (but not essential for graduates).
- Confident using MS Office and CRM systems.
