This Sales Apprenticeship could be your perfect launchpadStep into the world of sales with impactAs a Business Advisor Apprentice, you'll be out in the field visiting stores across Central Scotland (North) — from independent retailers to convenience chains and wholesalers. Your mission? Build relationships, drive sales, and make every store visit count.What you'll be doingHitting your call targets and coverage goalsSelling and promoting products with confidenceEducating retailers and their teamsEnsuring planogram and merchandising excellenceGetting hands-on with exciting projects and in-store activitieAll while working towards a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification—with full support and training. The programme includes virtual classrooms, eLearning, remote coaching, and a portfolio of evidence to showcase your growth.How you'll workYou'll work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday — with the freedom to shape your schedule. Just make sure your first call kicks off by 10am.Requirements for applying Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English (or equivalent)Full UK Driving LicenceKey Skills & Attributes:Excellent communication skillsStrong IT proficiencyHigh level of attention to detailEffective organisation and time managementCommitment to providing exceptional customer serviceStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesLogical thinker with a proactive approachAbility to work well both independentlyAdditional Information:This role involves regular travel and may require occasional overnight stays away from home.
