**The role**

Due to the success experienced to date, and to assist with the future growth plans of the company Phoenix Cellular are now looking to appoint a highly organised Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our consumer business, Gr8mobile in both France and Germany.

**Background**

Phoenix Cellular are an exciting and well established telecoms company, founded by a team of experienced telecoms entrepreneurs focusing on the Pan European distribution of used mobile phones to the trade.

Used phones have become one of the fastest growing areas within the mobile phone market with annual revenues growing year on year.

Between the directors, they have worked in mobile telecommunications for over 50 years where they have an enviable track record of creating and growing start-up companies as evidenced by three separate listings in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list of fastest growing companies along with the Queens Aware for International Trade

**Keys areas of involvement in the business include**:

- Escalating any issues to the necessary department to ensure a satisfactory and prompt resolution
- Providing management information on traffic and issues
- Supporting the team with administration of the websites
- Assisting the team with the growth and future development of the services offered

**Skills required**
- Fluent in English, French and German both written and oral
- Experience in customer service
- Highly organised person who can work under pressure to tight deadlines
- High levels of accuracy with an attention to detail
- An ability and experience in learning new IT systems coupled with experience of using Microsoft packages.
