Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, well-structured MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4. Teach one or more languages (French/Spanish/German) depending on specialism. Use effective differentiation and assessment for learning to support progress. Promote a passion for languages, global citizenship, and cross-cultural understanding. Implement strong behaviour for learning strategies to maintain a positive classroom climate. Support students with speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
