We are expanding our Telematics customer service team based in Crewe If you have previous experience in customer support or customer service or are looking to get started in your career, and you are comfortable speaking to customers over the phone then we would like to hear from you

**A little bit about you**:
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
**What is Kinesis/Telematics?**
Kinesis is our fleet management service. Using satellite technology to communicate directly with the engine management systems of our customer vehicles, Kinesis shows live vehicle locations, journey history and highlights exactly how a customer’s vehicles are being driven to help manage their fleet. All this can be viewed through Velocity, our online management portal, which allows customers to manage all their cards and services with one single login.
**Job Title**:Customer Service Advisor
**Location**: Crewe, CW1 6EG (10 minute walk from Crewe Train Station)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
**Salary**:up to £26,200 through combination of basic salary and monthly bonus
