Do you have CRM experience and are seeking a new remote role? Our client is looking for a CRM Officer, and the role comes with a salary of up to £33,000 p/a.

As a CRM Officer, you will help maintain our client's critical regulatory tool - its accredited register. You will also work with stakeholders and developers to support the ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce CRM and members' area.

In your first few weeks in this CRM role, you can expect to:

- Act as first line contact in relation to the Salesforce database and related systems
- Escalate faults and data protection concerns appropriately and in a timely fashion, and take appropriate mitigating actions
- Liaise with teams across the client to understand business processes (both membership and regulatory), and align CRM processes accordingly
- Log and investigate issues and faults, and troubleshoot fixes and solutions, collaborating with teams and external vendors
- An understanding of user experience, user journeys and business processes
- Experience in building reports and dashboards, troubleshooting and investigative techniques, and maintaining existing system automation (processes and flows)
