We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM/Database Officer to join our Fundraising Operations team on a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent contract.

The can range from data maintenance, through to direct marketing selections. You will be able to utilise your skills and develop new skills by working with a range of stakeholders on different projects. Mencap use Alms.net CRM system.

- This could be a perfect role for you.Skills and experience for the CRM/Database Officer include:

- Importing and updating data
- Producing data selections
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A desire to help develop data knowledge with stakeholders
- Knowledge of fundraising regulatory requirements, including: GDPR and DPA, Fundraising Regulator, PCI & ICO
- Good communication skills

You will be based in Central London, at our Centre of Engagement, but with some home working flexibility. This team meets in the office 1 or 2 days per week. Whilst this post is office based - we know that work is something you do not just a place you go.
