Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic administrator on behalf of a leading company based in Croydon. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time You must be a motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who can work well in within a team.

Salary dependent on experience.

**Duties**:

- Assist in delivering all aspects of administration - documentation, contracts, ordering materials, purchase orders etc.
- Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule which will consist of reactive maintenance.
- Uploading and allocating documents to online systems
- Keeping online systems up to date
- Managing diaries

**To be successful you'll possess**:

- Previous experience in a scheduling position in any industry could be beneficial but not necessary
- Confident, polite and well mannered
- IT literate
- Educated to GCSE level with C’s and above.
- Must live locally to Croydon.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
