**Job Title**:Administrator

**Job Type**:12 months fixed term contract

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Job Location**:Shepton Mallet

**Salary**:£19k-£20k

**Key Accountabilities**
- Make accurate and timely customer request submissions to finance, send proforma /actual invoices to customers ensuring prompt payment so there are no delays in the onboarding process enabling colleagues to commence service delivery. Maintain onboarding spreadsheets and ensure all setup steps are completed.
- Access SGS’ inhouse software, to access customer data relating to declarations & shipments and send reports to customers as required.
- Add new Brokerage Customers to GTA & Client master.
- Create and update customer records in SGS systems
- Ensure invoicing is accurate and sent out promptly to customers with all relevant reports.
- Ensure invoicing spreadsheets are updated at the time invoices are raised.
- Undertake Building Rep duties for the Shepton Mallet branch including HSE Inspections / Safety Tours / Fire Checks. Maintain HSE Noticeboards with policies & certificates, water temperature checks & record keeping for legionella.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be computer literate particularly in excel
- Ability to utilise SGS software to raise invoices using information relating to services delivered
- Capacity to prioritise workload and meet reporting deadlines
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- General Administration
