Warehouse Administrator

Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West, based just outside of Shepton Mallet, near Bristol. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our friendly team out of our Head Office in Waterlip.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing inbound and outbound booking slot flow
- Liaising with customers to coordinate pick requests and inbound stock requirements
- Liaising with the Transport and Pallet Network departments to ensure suitable route to market
- Updating of the Warehouse Management System
- Supporting the Warehouse Management Team
- Dealing with daily customer enquiries and queries
- Understand warehouse process and certification requirements
**Key Competencies**:
- Proven experience in a customer service role would be beneficial
- Strong Communication skills
- Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Capability to report correct information to colleagues
- You will thrive in a customer driven and fast paced environment
- Able to remain calm under pressure and solve problems autonomously
**Benefits**:
- The Company hold a Group Death in Service policy based on your basic annual salary at no extra cost to you as an employee
- After 2 year’s unbroken service employees will receive an additional day’s holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years’ service up to a maximum of 3 days.
- Profit related bonus scheme following a successful three-month, paid two months in arrears.
**Additional Details**:
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 to include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (42.5 hours p/week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
