**Website Data Administrator**

Haskins Furniture are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist in coordinating and maintaining the website.

As a data administrator it’s your job to update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives on our bespoke software.

It’s an important role as information in these systems must be accurate, up to date and useable as all information will be displayed in store and on our e-commerce website.

**The Job Role**

We are currently looking for a data administrator to input information on to the website which includes prices, descriptions, images, and any other information a customer needs to purchase new furniture online.

This is an evolving role and as the website gains traction the role will develop to meet the business needs.

**Main duties will include**:

- Data entry in a fast and accurate manner.
- Add new suppliers and products to our database.
- Operating office systems in order to process and maintain accurate records.
- To set up start and finish dates on promotions as well as ensuring promotions are visible on the website.
- Assist with keeping the website up to date and monitoring online orders.

**Skills required**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft suite including Microsoft Teams
- Have a willingness to learn and an ability to take on responsibility.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Accurate and able to work quickly.
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Work well within a small team.
- Be punctual and reliable.

Experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
