An exciting opportunity has arisen at Wath Academy for an exceptional Business Administration/Finance Apprentice to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

**The apprentice will complete the following training**:
**Business Administrator level 3**

How to manage stakeholders

Relevant laws and regulations

Financial processes such as accounting, payroll, & managing budgets

How to manage change

Project management

Factors that affect organisations, including political, economic, social

IT packages

Record & document production

Interpersonal skills

Coaching others

Effective communications

Quality procedures

Planning & organisation

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.

Things to consider

This post will include an initial induction and training for 2 weeks at the MLT head office in the Linx building on Lilly Hall road in Maltby, you will also be invited to this building for 2 weekly updates & briefings with the central team
