Sharp Consultancy are currently recruiting for an exceptional finance business partner to work within a first-class manufacturing specialist.
Our client is an instantly recognisable market leader with a strong reputation for quality.
You will take responsibility for all of the business partnering projects and be a key lead across process improvements within the finance function.
The role will also work alongside the non-finance stakeholders and business leaders as a key period of growth begins throughout the business, this role will be key in driving improvements and process developments to aid greater information throughout the group.
You will have strong experience of project management and be comfortable with financial systems, ideally with strong spreadsheet development although that is not essential and can be developed in post.
You will lead a varied amount of project-based activities, including cash flow process improvements, development of more accurate business-based MI and improvements of the flash forecasting process.
You will report directly into the Group Finance Director and will possess excellent communication skills with a high level of responsibility and autonomy for the successful development of a newly created role adding value across the whole business.
