**Directorate - Finance & Customer Services**

**Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours Per week**

An opportunity has arisen for permanent recruitment to the role of Finance Officer within the CYPS Finance Business Partnering Team. The role will involve providing financial advice and support to CYPS stakeholders, including involvement in finance meetings with budget holders to enable them to effectively manage their budgets.

You will have experience of working in a finance role including operating or auditing computerised or manual financial systems.

The role will involve budget monitoring, support to budget holders & operators, ensuring effective financial ledger coding, financial/transaction analysis and assisting in preparation of management information.

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with good communication skills.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, be a constructive team player and be able to demonstrate a positive approach to customer relationships.

It is important that the post holder has the ability to organise their own workload and deal with unexpected issues and situations.

The team works on a hybrid basis, combining both remote home working and office-based work in Riverside House, Rotherham.
