Citizens Advice Rotherham & District (CARD) is looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled and experienced Finance & Office Supervisor with a proven track-record in bookkeeping or financial management. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper or accounts/finance assistant to take on a varied role while making a difference to their local community.

This role is split between two areas of responsibility, bookkeeping/financial controls (40%) and supervision of the town centre office (60%). The post holder will provide financial controls, while supervising the office, including administration, facilities, reception and health and safety.

We are looking for a positive, committed person who enjoys helping members of the public via multiple channels as well as working with data and reporting. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual, with outstanding finance and customer service skills, to join us and develop a rewarding career. A flexible approach and willingness to work as part of a team is essential. This role requires the ability to wear ‘different hats’, as you will be working with numbers and detail one day, and with client enquiries and office demands the next.
