**Job Title**: Apprenticeship Admin Coordinator
**Location**:Rotherham
**Salary**: £22,256 per annum
**Benefits**: Automatic enrolment in the South Yorkshire Pension Scheme, 22 days annual leave (rising to 26 with service) plus bank holidays.
**Role Overview**:
The Apprenticeship Co-Ordinator plays a vital role in supporting and coordinating the delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners are equipped with the skills to achieve their potential. This role involves engaging with learners, employers, and staff to deliver outstanding education and training.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate learner interviews, inductions, and enrolments, ensuring all paperwork is completed promptly.
- Manage programme delivery to ensure learner retention, achievement, and progression.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data monitoring and record-keeping.
- Liaise with employers to provide updates and address issues related to apprentices’ progress.
- Oversee attendance monitoring, including functional skills sessions, and ensure proper absence reporting.
- Organize internal and external verification processes, including scheduling and preparing documentation for assessments.
- Support promotional and recruitment activities for apprenticeships and assist with parent/carer events.
**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:
- Experience with apprenticeship qualifications and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in data reporting.
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality and diversity.
**Desirable**:
- Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Further Education (FE) and Apprenticeships methodology.
**Commitment to Safeguarding**:
The organization prioritizes the welfare of all learners and requires adherence to safeguarding policies, including the protection of children and vulnerable adults.
