**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Dealing with Pupils, parents, and staff
- Collecting and sorting post
- Circulating information amongst staff
- Distributing information, to staff and Parents
- Liaising with external agencies and local authorities
- Supporting the set-up of meetings
- Keeping records
- ParentPay
- Dealing with deliveries
- Basic finance system tasks - Good Receipting deliveries on behalf of staff
- Using school MIS system
- Filing and photocopying documents
**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- The apprentice will achieve: Business Administrator Level 3
- The apprentice will complete the following training:
- How to manage stakeholders
- Relevant laws and regulations such as health and safety, data protection & equality
- Financial processes such as accounting, payroll, & managing budgets
- How to manage change
- Project management
- Factors that affect organisations
- Record & document production
- Interpersonal skills
- Coaching others
- Effective communications
- Quality procedures
- Planning & organisation
**Salary**: £9,254.44-£18,278.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rotherham, S63 7NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
