Our client is looking for an experience HR Assistant to assist with HR generalist duties. You will be located in cental Chertsey which is well served by public transport and has town centre facilities within walking distance of the offices.

Duties will include:

- Processing new starter & leavers
- Managing Right to Work processes
- Regular reporting to key personnel
- Managing Pay Increases - Annual & Adhoc on various systems
- Assist and Manage recruitment process for operational and HQ roles
- Ensure all employees files contain necessary information for audit purposes
- Make sure that contract templates are maintained and updated in line with any amendments
- Arrange:

- Probationary Reviews
- Investigation Meetings
- Disciplinary Meetings
- Grievance Meetings
- Appeal Meetings

**Knowledge/Skills**
- HR Generalist /recruitment experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Personable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and must be Numerate
- Proficient with all Microsoft Packages to an intermediate level
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths
- Professional, confident telephone manner
- Ambitious, self motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
