Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Personal Assistant- This role will be supporting 2 team members(including executive level) with day to day administration including;- Compiling and submitting all expenses-
- Diary management-
- Travel arrangements to include flights, accommodation, visa, car bookings-
- Managing invoices-
- Support the relationship between Europe HQ and Korea HQ-
- Ad hoc admin duties.-
- Assist the management efficiently for IRO to fully focus on their work- Control the schedule of the management and efficiently manage tangible resources and time according to the schedule
Expat Management- This role will also provide administration and coordination to our expat population. This could include;- Booking travel-
- Arranging visas-
- Liaising with HQ and external partiesRecruitment- Set up recruitment plans and strategiesGet ready the compensation packages and negotiation.- Analyzing various European situation and data for recruitment (such as business and technology trend)- Excellent interviewing skills and strong written and verbal communication skills;- An in depth understanding and extensive experience of direct recruitment methods including social media and have an aptitude to use and optimise them;- Sophisticated web searching skills and recruitment web site utilisation skills;- Results focused, continuously focusing on delivering agreed performance indicators for the recruitment service and striving to continuously source the best talent for the business;- Experience of measuring performance of services against key indicators, determining and then taking appropriate actions to ensure performance remains inline or outperforms these indicators;- Able to demonstrate an up to date awareness of recruitment issues and trends and be able to use this knowledge to shape and influence recruitment activities;- Ability to enthusiastically promote Samsung to potential employees.- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Korean language skills both written and verbal- Experience of working in a multicultural environment- The ability to work at a fast pace & high attention to detail- Commercial value-added approach to HR. Genuine interest in business as opposed to simply HR or people management.- Strong career-interest in project management, inclusive of relationship management.- Demonstrated task prioritization capability- Enjoy working across a number of projects simultaneously and reacting quickly and effectively to unexpected issues in a fast-moving environment.-
- Must possess excellent Word, Excel. In particular, advanced Excel capability is a strong requirement.- Experience with at least one-industry leading HR Information System
