**Key Responsibilities**:
**Engineer Management**:

- Planning & logistics of jobs - delivery notes, customs paperwork, etc
- Booking engineering resources - consumables, travel, hotels, transport, etc
- Dealing with ad-hoc engineer requests
**Financial & Office Assistance**:

- Finance support to Accountant - annual audits
- Support to Head of Operations & Director
- Logging monthly credit card expenses into Excel
- General office administration
- Answering the phones
- Ad-hoc projects as required
**Stock Management**:

- Ordering of stock/materials for office and jobs
- Raising PO's
- Logging incoming and outgoing stock into Excel
- Returning unused or unwanted stock to suppliers
- Raising RMA's on faulty stock
- Maintaining and managing the stock room
- Ensuring stock of consumables
**Corporate & Compliance**:

- ISO 9001 annual assistance
- ISO 27001 annual assistance
- Other compliance & risk assessment assistance
