Operations Support Administrator
Full time permanent role (Monday - Friday)

A unique company providing extensive IT solutions, advanced technology equipment and engineering support are looking to expand their existing teamby creating a brand new role Founded over 15 years ago and having provided continuous IT and logístical support to multiple companies, the internal teams offer a professional and experienced support service. The company department teams work around the clockand the globe 24/7 to ensure their clients can call on them any time day or night, they have worked to create a seamless process that is entirely client-focused. As part of client commitment, the company has invested heavily in global research and development,working to gain accreditations from noted IT providers.
Role & Responsibilities:
Engineer Management:

- Planning & logistics of jobs - delivery notes, customs paperwork etc.
- Scheduling engineers and contractors to complete jobs on a daily/weekly basis.
- Booking engineering resources - consumables, travel, hotels, transport etc.
- Dealing with ad-hoc engineer requests.
Financial & Office Assistance:

- Finance support to accountancy team.
- Support to Head of Operations & Director.
- Logging monthly credit card expenses into Excel.
- General office administration.
- Answering the phones - inbound & outbound calls.
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
- PA support to Operations Director.
Stock Management:

- Ordering of stock/materials for office and jobs.
- Raising PO's.
- Logging incoming and outgoing stock into Excel.
- Returning unused or unwanted stock to suppliers.
- Raising RMAs for faulty stock.
- Maintaining and managing the stock room.
- Ensuring stock of consumables.
Corporate & Compliance:

- ISO 9001 annual assistance.
- ISO 27001 annual assistance.
- Other compliance & risk assessment assistance.
Skills Required:

- Excel & MS Office - intermediate/advanced level is essential
- PLEASE NOTE: an online Excel test will be included within the interview process.
- Basic knowledge of Xero or other relevant accounting system.
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
- Good written English & numeracy.
- Good Microsoft Office suite skills (primarily Outlook and Word).
- The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Good telephone manner.
- Confidence to communicate with people at all levels.
- Good organisation skills.
