Operations Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join this busy Operations Team
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Engineer Management**
- Planning & logistics of jobs - delivery notes, customs paperwork, etc
- Booking engineering resources - consumables, travel, hotels, transport, etc
- Dealing with ad-hoc engineer requests
**Financial & Office Assistance**
- Finance support to accountant
- Support to Head of Operations
- Logging monthly credit card expenses into Excel
- General office administration
- Answering the phones
- Ad-hoc projects as required
**Stock Management**
- Ordering of stock/materials for office and jobs
- Raising PO's
- Logging incoming and outgoing stock into Excel
- Returning unused or unwanted stock to suppliers
- Raising RMAs on faulty stock
- Maintaining and managing the stock room
- Ensuring stock of consumables
**Corporate & Compliance**
- ISO 9001 annual assistance
- ISO 27001 annual assistance
- Other compliance & risk assessment assistance
**Skills**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded a must
- Good written English & numeracy
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel)
- The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Good telephone manner
- Confidence to communicate with people at all levels
- Good organizational skills
