Customer Experience Specialist

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Foodbuy on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure efficient delivery of client helpdesk support, system administration and proactive assistance to all clients and suppliers.
- Continually expand knowledge on the system modules and functionality to promote maximum assistance to clients and colleagues alike.
- Adhere to monthly targets.
- Helpdesk tickets need to hold as much information about the call to ensure that other members can pick up the query if necessary and understand what the query relates to.
- Work closely with field based internal and external client account managers
- Ensure all helpdesk tickets adhere to timeline, chase for resolution and escalate where necessary
- Answer and log all calls in a timely manner, estimate resolution time, chase resolution, keep customer informed at all times and inform of final resolution. Each client must be informed on a daily basis of progress where their ticket remains outstanding.
- Ensure all calls are captured on Helpdesk in real time, no manual/paper records to be held.
