Customer Success Associate
who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
The Role
You'll be part of our customer success team — the heartbeat of our business. Every interaction you have shapes how our customers experience Bryant Dental. You'll handle orders, enquiries, and post-sales support with professionalism and empathy, making sure every customer feels heard and valued.
This role suits someone who loves solving problems quickly and accurately, is confident communicating with customers worldwide, and finds genuine satisfaction in creating great experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer enquiries via email, phone, and messaging channels
- Coordinate orders and repairs through our systems with precision and speed
- Communicate proactively with customers to keep them updated and supported
- Work closely with production and operations to resolve issues efficiently
- Contribute ideas to continually improve our customer experience
